Rep Power: 23 | It really depends on the property and those involved in the process. I have dealt with property managers and heard back the same day. Then on the other hand I have had some take forever simply because of laziness. A lot of it depends on how aggresively they are in trying to lease the space. |

Rep Power: 20 | Please do not except the lease space as they offer it. You must negotiate your best possible lease and there are many ways to get more than an agent indicates is available. Also if you are concerned if your application is at risk of not qualifying you to lease you could also be under funded or unable to get financing for the rest of your project. |
