I use Suntouch and it works really well for me. Very user friendly.

Use a card file, it never crashes and it's multi-user without buying additional licenses...

I've used MSTAN for ten years now and it's a free program. Works with most timers (TMAX, FST etc.) Lots of reports, networkable and an EFT module. The only time my system crashes is when my hard drive decides to go south and you usually get a warning before that happens. Not too big of a deal if you do nightly back-ups.

I came across MS tan recently, and really only have a couple of issues with it, and have considered implimenting it myself. I don't use Windows unless it's absolutely necessary, so this was a welcome option...
