Info about 1998 Puretan bed Tanfit III 28??? Any info?? - tanTALK

Hi, Im considering purchasing a tanning bed. I do not know much about tanning beds and would like some advice from experienced people. It is a 1998 Puretan F72 Miami. The model is: Tanfit III 28. Any information you can give me about this bed, if it is a good one or not, about what it should be worth, any problems I may have with it, etc would be greatly appreciated. I have heard from one individual that it is difficult to get bulbs for it and that you have to lay in it for longer amounts of time. Does anyone know anything about this?? Thanks

I BOUGHT A TAN FIT lll 28 WITH F-72 MIAMI BULBS NEW IN 99 I HAVE TANED IN IT ALMOST EVERYDAY SINCE THEN AND NEVER REPLACED THE BULBS OR HAD ANY TROUBLE OUT OF IT.
THE BULBS ARE STILL TANNING GREAT AND GETING A GOOD TAN. I HAVE A FRIEND WHO OWNS A SALON AND COMES BY TO GET IN MY BED. IT IS MY PERSONAL BED . I PAID NEW AROUND 4000.00. I AM TRYING NOW TO REPLACE THE BULBS BECAUSE 2 HAVE BLOWED AND PURETAN IS OUT OF BUISSNESS AND OTHER COMPANYS R HAVING TROUBLE MATCHING UP THE BULBS.BUT THE BED HAS BEEN GREAT.

It is not worth anything anymore if you try and sell it. Too many other newer good beds out there now for cheap.
