how much help and support a tanning company really give you? - tanTALK

contacted ergoline ans uwe and both advertizing for support while openning tanning salon. Anybody with experience? Thanks

Support is a relative statement. As long as you are buying any manufacturer's beds they will support that. What happens from install through the rest of your relationship is what counts and you wont know what that is until you are up and running.

Try Future Industries. I have been using them for 2 years now and the service is always first rate. They even call me on their day off when I had an issue with a faulty relay and wanted to make sure that the replacement went properly. I highly recommend them. Plus AUVL/Dr. Muller equipment is pretty much the best on the market.

We purchased our beds directly through SonnenBraune and UltraBronz.
They were both great at first. However, after things were installed they were both pretty unresponsive to whatever needs I had. As long as they knew I was about to spend money they were RIGHT there for me. But once the check cleared the bank, they pretty much disappeared!

SunCapsule, however, is a different story. Even though it's been years since we bought it, they still call to check up to make sure it's running well and to offer whatever help I might need. They even helped me with my other beds! Go figure!
