Rep Power: 20 | If you went to Subway and bought a 6 inch but they charged you for a 12 inch... would you be getting your money worth? Same with the sessions as apposed to minutes. A session is based on the full amount of time. Minutes you pay for as many as you need. If you want 6 minutes instead of 12 you pay for 6, not for 12. As for upgrades we do "Combo Packages" selling a package with minutes for both beds. At a dicounted price. The situation with minute packages is that you have to take the time to explain to the client how it would save them money and what would be best for them. |

Rep Power: 24 | As far as I am concerned it costs me the same amount of $$ to fire the bed up for a full 20 min sessions as it does for a 10 minute one. We give all new clients their first month for $49 (reg. $70) then to maintain tan they purchase points and I gaurentee that I get top dollar for the points on each unit. Planet Tan here in Calif., has 5 Salons and that is ALL they offer on their menu, points and nothing else. Works great here. The owner is a friend of mine and with so many Salon's under her belt, I think that she knows exactly what she is doing !! |

Rep Power: 107 | Here is a question regarding clients "on" minutes. Say they ask to go for 20 minutes, then after they are in for 15, they claim they got too hot or whatever and shut the bed off. They come out and tell you this. Do you assume that the story is true and return the 5 minutes? |
