Rep Power: 107 | Sell your tanning as a "result" and not a time feature. They are there to get a tan............. Sell points or minutes maybe a good idea, if you sell them as an equivalent to what you'd charge for a full session, but then will make it last............... |

Rep Power: 20 | We have been open for 3 years and have been doing minute packages since we opened. We take the time to explain to our clients how it saves them money and that we are there to help them to increase a "smart tan." We believe if you sell by the session, those people will do the full amount of time because they just paid for the full amount. Not everyone can do the full amount of time in a tanning bed and will end up buring just to get there money's worth. Our clients appriciate our attention to detail and they continue to purchase our minute packages because of those reasons. We also have EFT memberships along with 30-90 day packages. Those who are up to the full amount of time and tan often, we then reccomend a 30-90 day package or a membership. So far so good for us. |

Rep Power: 0 | Both points and minutes are a mistake, they hide the real value of your tanning. use real dollars, your customers will understand it much better,it will be easier to slide them in to upgrades. would you go next door and pay 240 points for a pair of jeans, not, why do you muddy the water, use real dollars. dennis _________________ [ This Message was edited by: Dennis on 2005-02-12 22:26 ] |

Rep Power: 25 | I am a "show them the dollars" kind of person too. I thought mine was good, but Dennis shared his with me and it is the best presentation I've seen (in my opinion) for straightforward, honest, value, pricing that everyone can understand and feel there is a great "deal" available if they want it. |
