Rep Power: 23 | Some ideas from one of my old posts: How about pics of maps, the globe, nautical maps are cool. Places like Bora, Bora (in the middle of nowhere) Christmas Island? Famous Landmarks. The seven wonders of the world? Famous people (not hollywood, I mean Einstein, Benjamin Franklin). Quotes from Ripley's Believe it or Not? Mothergoose, the old woman in the shoe, fairytales. Seasons (winter spring summer fall). Decorating Styles (make one room, country, a contemporary room, a modern room, traditional). Centuries the 50's with poodle skirts, the 60's with dead-heads, 70's with disco etc. You can name the salon 10 Years Tanning. Make one room look like italy, another egypt, another africa etc. etc. Name the salon Around the World Tanning. |

Rep Power: 24 | I hate to say this , but I have some what of a tropical feel in my Salon. I have the leg tanner in a room we call the leg hut, the walls are all done in bamboo, there is a palm tree & then I have monkey mask's (wooden) on the wall, every one loves it.... I love the Egypt idea & themed rooms. |

Rep Power: 23 | It's endless. I also have somewhat of a tropical salon (tastefully). Everyone loves to see a Palm Tree in the winter here. It makes them feel warm and fuzzy. I would probably go with maps of the world next time. I like that idea the best. People love to point out their vacation destinations. |
