Rep Power: 0 | O.K. guys help me out here!! I may be blonde but I have never considered myself STUPID. I have been working with the guy that owns the gum that I go to and would like to move my tanning beds there he wants 750.00 in rent plus 10% of my income. Is it just me or does he think I am just stupid. The original agreement was $840.00 per month. But he is working with me for the 1st year by offering me this agreement. I am thinking I should get a long term lease and not year to year. Cathey |
