Is 3900 for used Starpower 32 3F a good price! It has 600hrs owner will replace lamps at his cost around 200-300 dollars

Sunstar 32 3f no such thing as a starpower 32 lamp there is a Starpower 52 lamp with 4HP facials

Sorry to jump in to a non classifieds forum and solicit but I can not bite my tounge on this topic that is a rip off for a Sunstar.
Yes, it is a sunstart not a starpower the starpower has 52 lamps and 4 facials.
