Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello everyone. I'm new to tanning and I need help. I have a pageant in a WEEK. And I need to tan my upperbody, just mainly the chest shoulders and arms because I'm wearing a strapless dress. I need to know the fastest and cheapest way to achieve a moderate tan, just so I look at least a little tan. I still have halter lines from summer, lol. thanks |
