Rep Power: 0 | We are putting together a Business Plan for a new salon in the Midwest. We will start with 3 entry level, 4 intermediate level, 2 high pressure and "possibly" Mystic Tan or some similiar type of spray equipment. The salon is located in a new, but heavy traffic area for bars, day care, restaurants, residential and some small businesses. We are wondering what the "Average" Daily customer base might be for Jan-June (peak) and July-Dec (slow) seasons. Thanks for any input you might have!! |

Rep Power: 0 | don't you just love business plans. there really is no way to calculate on a business plan what your numbers will be like without seeing how the salons in your area are doing. What kind of machines are you using? are they going to be different then competition? will they be the same? Are they newer or older then competition? Is the salon already built? Are you taking it over from another owner? so many variables.. |

Rep Power: 20 | When will everyone learn it is not just about how many people you see a day. If you have all of the important information needed and you have a very specific plan for success right down to the smallest detail, you can project with reasonable accuracy your potential income. This information should be the deciding factor for opening your salon. I don't know why anyone would open any business without knowing the amount of business you are going to do and exactly how you are going to do it. It is too large of an investment to do a lot of guessing and hoping. The people that say there is no way to know are the people that opened their salons by guessing and hoping. Take the guess work out of opening your business. |

Rep Power: 107 | Unfortunately many are trying to do just that be relying on info from salons half walf accross the country. All of this information needs to be gathered from salons in your area. Or places with similiar demographics. |
