Opening new salon...need feedback - tanTALK

I am currently managing a salon in my area, but am in the process of opening a full service Hair & Tanning salon. Having managed the tanning salon for the past 2 yrs. I have learned a few things regarding the industry, but still have a couple questions for reply.
1. Does anyone have any feedback on ETS and the Solaris beds, or Dr. Kern and the 42/4's positive/negative Product and customer service
2. We are basicaly running the current salon witha heavy paper trail (Meaning no computer)this becomes very time consuming any feedback on software would be helpfull-Thanks Hamcarver

In opening a new salon, I have been very active in trying to find some software that is the best out there. After I do my research, I will be glad to show you what I have found out.. Talk to you soon...

I use Helios Its a good software But it does have a few things i don't like about it
1. 49.99 A MONTH
2. Can't do appoitments where it will interact with the software
Other than that i don't guess i have anyother problems with it.

I think is ok to respond to old threads anyway becuase there may be someone who would like to know more answers without asking the question again.
