need some advise - tanTALK

If anyone with any type of experience could please give me there input. I was approached with the opportunity to purchase a new salon, so new the doors have not even been opened yet. that kind of scares me since all i am really buying is equipment and a five year lease. the store is gorgeous, 2 floors with room for 13 beds. also has space for 3 nail stations. Parking is a concern of mine since there is only street parking. But my biggest concern is am i taking a risk going into the buisness at this time of year with no client base, and would i be better of just finding my own location and buying my own equipment. the units that are existing are 90% new. the seller is asking 100,000 . is that a reasonable price? please help.

jersey. the parking is not horrible there is plently of street parking and a lot that we can use across the street.
