Rep Power: 20 | wow you guys are tough huh ? well, actually we have alot of our machines in salons accross the nation.. they seam to be doing very well thus far.. as far as taking time from your clients.. this machine actually free's your time up to spend with them on other issues, we designed the machine becouse we had several employees steal from the store.. as well as customers. after installing these machines.... NONE!! so vegas look or not this machine works and with 100% proffit on the products in the machine ( in other words) if you put a value on the contents of the machine you will recieve that value when the machine cycles its product.. theres plenty of space underneath it for storage.. maybe its not for you .. maybe it could be for youi have no idea where you fall in there.. but thank you for your input.. we appreciate all givin... heard this was a wonderful site with lots of nice people!!! thanks for the welcome :0) Jody @ Vend-A-Tan |

Rep Power: 21 | You walk in to a .....say a ....Super Cuts, or better yet, a hair salon. There sitting against the wall is a row of hair care products, all locked up in a vending machine. You ask about one or two of the products, the sales associate, oops stylist, talks to you about the products. You cannot smell the products, touch the products or even read about the products. And neither can the associate. ALL the lotion reps at the shows always present the products to you, the customer. They physicaly hand them to you! A sense of ownership. They (WE) like to touch, smell and feel. Having them locked up in a cabinet is cold and sterile, like going to a Drs. office and all the supplies are in the cabinet behind the glass doors, sterile and out of reach (do not touch!). When a customer ask about a lotion, you present it to them, let them smell it, put a little dibble on the hand. You "SELL" the lotion. You don't tell the customer if they want lotion it's over there, in the machine! They may have their place in society like stated above, but not in a tanning salon. JMHO. |

Rep Power: 0 | Maybe they don't have a place in your salon but you can't argue w/ success. The machines make me and a lot of other business owners money that is all I said. The scenario you propose above is not what we have been posting about. |
