The building is a huge one!!! 13,125 sq.ft. Although the building is so big i would like to offer some more services. I would like any ideas as to what all i should offer? Here is a list of what my partner and I have thought about....
Tanning Salon
Hair/Nail/Waxing Salon
Workout Center
We would like to keep a health/beauty theme for the whole building! We would be located by 2 highways and have an estimated 66,000 traffic flow going by. So if anyone wants go ahead give us some feedback. Thanks to all those who will in advance.

You better figure out if you can even afford to pay the rent.

Take the portion you need, finish -out the rest of the space for hair, nail and facials. and lease the rooms out and make enough on the sublet to pay for your space.

You could also add in some airbrush makeup. I have airbrush tattoos in my shop for the parents that could not find a sitter. Both have fairly low start up cost.

With that much space you could do a gym, tanning, hair and nails! "The Total Body Emporium". Maybe even enough room left for Horse Breeding and Manufactured Housing too?

I'm starting up a tanning salon and will be selling clothing also, particularly swimsuits and beach wear. Women with great tans love to find clothes to show it off. Also, if they have to wait, what better way to spend their time by shopping. Also, if you're going that far, you should think about adding a small childcare area. You could even charge a few bucks to hire someone and mom's will still come running. I'm an at home mom and it is hard to find time to tan with the babies at home and no one to watch them. Keep in mind, though, this means more licenses.
