My salon is 940 Sq. Ft...... We have a storage room, B.R., 2=regular beds, 2= big beds, 2= stand ups (all in rooms) and we have a decent sized front waiting area.... you can easily do what you are looking to do...

900 sq. is a bit small, but you have to look at the recommended room sizes for the beds you buy/have. If you have expansion plans in the future you will have to take into account that the beds are getting bigger and 8 x 7 rooms are becoming obsolete. Plan on room that are at least 10 x 8. I have the same problem.

Yes, indeed it is tight, but if you arrange the rooms properly, it wont be a problem..... Just make sure the A.C. works well!!

If I had to do it again I'd invest in modualr walls that can be moved around at will to meet my needs...............

My salon is 100 square feet and it has ten beds and two stand ups. Nobody complains.
