After reading alot of the comments on this site about ETS I am almost afraid to ask anything about them but....I would like to know when it was that everyone had their bad experience. I have been talking to them since May and have found them to be very helpful. They return all my calls answer all my questions and seem more than willing to help in any way they can. Other companies I have called have not returned calls - have not followed up and don't really seem to care about my business. If we are going to spend $50,000 it will be with someone who at least SEEMS to care. The 2 people at ETS who I have been talking with have actually called me from home on more than one occasion. To me thats quality service - going above and beyond.

I am sure the thought of ETS puts the fur up on some people - I am just wondering how recent these complaints are.

Thanks!

Not everyone hates ETS. Alot of people do but not everyone. I opened my salon alittle over a month ago with 50,000.00 worth of equipment from ETS. They were great in the beginning and are just as friendly now. The only prob I have had with the beds was the fans (which are optional)stopped working. They sent me two new fans and had someone come fix the old ones. Usually there is a 2 year warranty with the equipment. I bought 7 ZX30 some with face and some without, a SunDome and Starpower 52. I have not had any complaints on the equipment yet.... Everyone has their own opinion about ETS but your needs may be different from theirs. I do not regret ordering from them.

ETS equipment is find to start. My first salon had their equipment. Also my first car was a 1971 bug. I now have no ETS beds and drive a mercedes and a jaguar.

So the moral would be buy ETS beds and you'll end up driving a "bug", but buy somethingelse and ride in style.

That's true, however if you cannot afford to buy a bit of quality, you'll just up investing more in the future to make up for a poor initial choice.

Neon, I'm just wondering what brands, in your opinion, would be considered Quality? I am in this for the long haul and shopping right now for a couple of expansion beds. Need to stay in the 32 lamp range because thats what all my base beds are now.
