PocketSpec and IDI co-developed the SalonTouch TanTone System - combining the BronzCheck with their software expertise. For the SalonTouch system, the first time I saw it in action. A WAN Version - I was blown away with its simple and powerful design. The staffers I worked with testing our system were setting appointments, booking and starting beds, making sales, in seconds. These people doing the work were no that bright!, but the SalonTouch software and SunTouch Plus for that matter is EXCELLENT and EASY TO USE. NUFF SAID. Except to say its too cheap!!! and that's no lie. It is such a bargain.. The service after the sale is cool.

Jeff Krupka.
How Long have you used suntouch? I have used is for four years. If I could turn back time there is no way I would have gone with suntouch. I have had to upgrade software 4 times. I am using suntouch plus now and I don't like it ether. It locks up all the time and you cant run much of anything with it. even my screen savers have a problem. If I get out of suntouch the problem goes away. Jeff I don't know how long it will take you to change your mind but you will.

Trust me,

What OS are you using? All of my lock-up problems stopped when I went to WindowsXP on a new computer over 18 months ago. I was having 3 - 4 lock-ups a day and have not had one since. I have been using Suntouch and now ST+ for 4 years. Good Luck.

Exactly with the new PC and window XP pro. I have had little to NO problems...none of which required a IDI tech to fix. Just minor setup issues in the beggining. I had major issues with the old PC and version of suntouch.

Knock on wood
I have been stress and software problem free for about a year now.

If you are interrested in SalonTouch WAN version I have a copy I do not need anymore. I will sell it to you for a great price and with the savings you can purchase the 1 year support. I am new to the biz and I find it easy to use. Also, if you get the password you can go into the back-end (if you are good at MS Access. Let me know:
email:todd@highprofilemodels.com if you want more details. I can get you a work station(computer) that runs the software for cheap too. Never go "off the shelf"

Good Luck!
