Hi, I have been working on a lease, looks as if it's going to workout. If you had 8 rooms, semi-limited budget, what would you put in?? Any input on used equiptment? Not looking for "EYE CANDY", just excellent results. I can do the eye appeal with my flooring, walls, decorating, and so on. Any suggestions? Thanks, you people have been great!

What you get..How much you spend..it all depends on demographics/competiton and budget. You already stated; 'semi-limited', leaving a lot out, but more in. As Bahama stated; TA beds..the newer ones, not the older version..chk them out www.tanamerica.com another strong contender; Sontegra www.sontegra.com Both are GREAT companies, and will take your interest on their wings.

We are a small salon, we have 3 beds and a steam cabinet.
We have limited space and i am thinking about a standup
unit. I need some info on leasing. I have no clue where to
start or what it entails.I have heard about refurbished equiptment
Is this a good idea? Also, what units are good?

In my area, I would put in 6 Sundash 232s or Tan America 32s and 2 VHR beds or booths.

Will you be catering to working people ? Students, high school or college? Moms with small kids (might need an area for them). We went a long time with just base beds .Bought used ,but put in new acrylics & bulbs. Don't get a stand up at first ( they don't seem to be used as much as the lay downs). Example did 47 yesterday & only one wanted our booth.

Tan America is a great product, however, they're plastic. And as far as a stand-up, axe the ETS. I have puretan base beds in my salon. They don't have all the bells and whistles because they don't need them to make up for mediocre performance. They're a quality built, steel design high performer. If you want results call Brandon H. at puretan.
