Rep Power: 0 | Ok, I am days away from ordering my UV free booth. I will be running a UV free tanning business and a pedicure spa along with an estetician, massage therapist and a gal who does electrolisis. I will be the only UV Free booth in the area-the closest is 40 miles away. I am trying to decide between Magic tan and the Sun Spritz. I LOVE the look of the Sun Spritz bed, and the service I have recieved from Heartland distributing, but my only concern is that it has so few spray nozzels compared to Magic Tan. Anyone tried the Sun Spritz? I am concerned with offering a quality service since I will be the only one arround with it-I want good talk!!!! Any help ASAP is appreciated!!! Thanks! _________________ [ This Message was edited by: frenchtoast on 2003-07-21 22:19 ] |

Rep Power: 0 | There is no such thing as a Wolff Sun Spritz. Sun Spritz is made by Hollywood Tans. Do a search on all on-line tanning sites for Sun Spritz or Instant Tan (same thing). Start reading up on inhaling DHA while you are at it. |

Rep Power: 0 | Sorry George! I guess I should edit my post-wolff came out because we were talking about our local tanning salon and the new bed they got! It was one of those association things... Maybe I could go read up on UV rays and the effects of it on our skin...thanks for the helpful suggestion- |

Rep Power: 0 | Bahama Mamas - this is a newbie section of the Forum. Because of that, I think it's OK to ask what some might consider silly or even ridiculous questions with no repurcusions. That's why this is the Newbie section! The penalty for your poor manners: Free tans for all "Tanning Biz Newbie" forum members. Alright, how about a discount |

Rep Power: 0 | Frenchtoast......I would strongly suggest the Bronze Mist unit! I was in the same situation as you and chose this unit. The cost is only $19,900.....plus shipping!! WOW....throws the others ones out the window, huh? Let me know if you need to know anymore. |

Rep Power: 0 | FYI Frenchtoast, I am a traditional tanning salon owner who was also "mist on booth" shopping. After trying a couple of the booths personally and then also trying a spa who offered the air-brush method of a spray on tan, we went with the air-brush system. Much less expensive to start up and I personally got a better looking tan from the airbrush application. Several of my non uv tanning customers have used the mist on booths in the past and they tell me that they too get a more even and natural looking tan from the airbrush application. Just my two cents worth, but you may want to do some demographic market research on who will be using this service in your area. Heavier people, older people with wrinkles or sagging skin are going to get much better results with the airbrush than they will most of the spray booths I have looked at. Training and knowledge is going to be HUGE with either application system you choose to go with. Good luck and much success to you which ever way you go. |
