How many Sq.ft. and what $/Sq.ft. is your tanning salon - tanTALK

How many square feet does your tanning salon occupy? How many feet is a normal room then I can multiply by how many rooms and beds I am going to have. Also what is the average $/Sq.ft.

3200 Square Feet. Averages are going to vary from county to county ... Remember to take CAMS & Taxes into account... Always good to build your rooms larger than necessary for future upgrades.. Beds get Bigger every year..

986 sq. feet - around $12.58 per including CAM, etc.
The second salon will be around 1800 sq. feet and $24 per including CAM.
The biggest difference is that the smaller salon is in an older shopping center where as the new one is going into a brand new, beautiful shopping center with LOTS of great retailers. It will be high trafic.

wow jungle kitty i had no idea it could get that expensive the building im looking at is 1.77 a square ft that includes .33 cents in cam and the building is 1500 sq ft i guess i am lucky to live in california where is it almost 13.$ p/sq ft??

TanCrazy - That $ per sq. foot is an annual cost, not monthly. Looks like our numbers are about the same actually. Your rent looks to be around $3100/month while mine will be around $3000.

in my case it is the care of the parking lot and all greenery in the shopping mall i will be in every tenant where i am pays the same thing towards this
