Rep Power: 22 | 986 sq. feet - around $12.58 per including CAM, etc. The second salon will be around 1800 sq. feet and $24 per including CAM. The biggest difference is that the smaller salon is in an older shopping center where as the new one is going into a brand new, beautiful shopping center with LOTS of great retailers. It will be high trafic. |

Rep Power: 22 | TanCrazy - That $ per sq. foot is an annual cost, not monthly. Looks like our numbers are about the same actually. Your rent looks to be around $3100/month while mine will be around $3000. Hope that helps. |
