What has anyone's experience been with Hearthland beds as in quality, reliablilty, ease of service and customer service.

I would like to stay away from foreign beds, I want to support American companies not foreign companies.

I have a Heartland 154/3 and the 2m Booth. Both are very good beds, very solid and dependable. The 154/3 is one of our most popular beds. The 2m booth gives great results if you like stand-ups; the 2 meter 180 watt lamps give tremendous tanning results. The only drawback to the 2m is it gets pretty hot even though it is a 10 min bed. The fans move a lot of air but the lamps put out some much it heats up. When you tan in this bed you know you are getting results! Heartland is the finest most professional company I have dealt with to date. Every company in this industry could learn from Heartland's customer service. Txtan, call them and ask for Ellen for equipment or Gary for lotions. You will be impressed.

Heartland HAS opened salons, and more to follow..they are great beds, but buy from them, open a salon, and they may become your competition..look at Sontegra..they are german made..BUT..you will never find better srvice/beds anywhere..and I don not have them, in fact mine are Mueller..

I love my new Heartland beds. I have 128's, (3)134/3's and (2)154/3's. I will replace my other beds with Heartland ASAP. The service from my rep has been wonderful and above and beyond the call of duty. He was with me every step of the way. The beds are great and our customers are loving them.
