help for new owner - tanTALK

I am just in the process of closing on my new salon and spa and was wondering if anyone has any advise. ??? 10 beds great location. HELP WITH ADVISE?? any grand opening suggestions???

Grand opening suggestions.....are you taking over and continuing a current salon or starting brand new name and operation?????

I assume "closing" should read "opening"

I think "closing" meant with a realtor or broker. And "opening" the salon.

As a new salon owner, I would recommend that you use the search function and you will find out answers to almost all of your questions. This forum and it's members are always happy to assist you in your efforts.

When we want to draw a lot of attention, we bring in a remote radio broadcast by the most popular station in town. Always draws a good crowd!

thanks to you all. When I said closing that ment like in closing on a house but this is a business. It has been in business for 5 years almost 6 with 6,000 clients and 4,000 active. My background is in skincare I was the national trainer for a huge cosmetic company. Never a salon owner. As for questions not sure what to ask as I am new to this. Any input would be helpful. Thanks so much.

Where is the salon located? And what are your intentions to do with it? Any changes in management or package deals. Are you ready for the slow season???? or have a service to help you threw it? Some ??? to think of.. Welcome.....
