I was curious as to a rough estimate on how long it takes an architect to draw up plans. I know that this has alot of different factors, but I just need an estimate. I was also wondering if average sessions per day (Busy and Slow)grows from year to year. If it does I was wondering by how much? I currently know how many sessions my competition does on an average day during busy season and slow season, but obviously they will not tell me by how much this increases from year to year. I was wondering if anyone had a rough estimate as to how much theirs grows. Thank you for your help.

Depends. I have a close friend that does these. He did one for me as a side job and it took him about a month. I'm sure if I was paying I probably would have had it sooner.
