Rep Power: 23 | I am wondering what is going on with one of my regulars, she has these patches of little white bumps that are coming up in very different places. Around her waistline (about 2 inches from were her pants meet her skin), on the side of her neck (from the bottom of her ear lobe to her collar bone), and on the back of her calf muscle. It looked like poison ivy/oak, but it also has the appearance of a bad case of acne. I am confused as to what this is? Anyone else seen anything like this? |

Rep Power: 23 | Shannon~ How much has she been tanning?I know some of my ladies have gotten white bumps when they try to tan a couple days in a row, after that then they decide to listen to me & not tan as much(take it slowly).I believe its a sign of over-exposure,correct me if I'm wrong ,anyone.Amy |

Rep Power: 23 | Shannon~I'm sure you already thought of this ,but photosensitivity?Maybe she's not taking a med,but changed her pefume,bath products,taking herbal pills w/yarrow in it,using a artificial sweetener?So many to list,the smalliest change could make a big difference.Amy |

Rep Power: 0 | Do they itch? are they like water blisters? What I am thinking has nothing to do with tanning. I have what is called eczema. It starts out itching really bad, then forms little (what I call) water blisters, then the blisters dry out and scale off (looks like dry cracked skin). It could be a reaction to something causing a breakout. Just my thoughts.. chooselove |

Rep Power: 23 | Amy- I thought of all of that, this has been going on for some time now. She has pretty much been keeping a written journal of everything to see if it was any of that, but this turned up a cold lead. Chooselove- Yes they itch her, but they do not blister up nor scab over and they look like little pimples. But this could very well be the problem. I don't know what I was thinking, that totally slipped my mind. What do you do for yours? maybe she could try it and see if it helps her. Otherwise, I am taking her to the doctor myself because this has drove me crazy worring if she is alright. I would appreciate some more input. and Thanks for reminding me about eczema. |

Rep Power: 0 | Since you are talking like over the counter products, (before mine got worse) I used cortaid, and that seemed to help, but came back in a few weeks. Mainly now I have a prescription for a corticosteriod called WestCort (expensive in the US-half price in Mexico) for the eczema. If the itch gets intense I have a prescription called Zanalon (works wonders and it's inexpensive). I hope it is nothing serious!! chooselove |
