Ohhhhhhhhh yes, I have their number:
1-800-544-1786. Dave Holtgrewe from Four Seasons saw them at the show also and talked to them about my problem. They assured him they would call me the next Monday and work something out. Of course they didn't. Good luck to you!!

nantan,

Here is the e-mail address for someone else who has had this problem with Tommel. He is planning on filing suit against them and wants to know if there are others in the same boat.

As of today, Tommel wants me to settle by giving them $5,000 and giving up my beds to them by November 14th. And they are doing me a favor! The Gall of those people.

What legal grounds do they have to do this? Is there a clause somewhere that wasn't fulfilled? What the ****?

There is a clause in the contract that refers to renewed lease payments at the end of the term. Being a layperson, I would never have taken the wording that way. There is no reference to a end of lease buy out at the end of the lease, anywhere in the agreement, but when I received my packette from them there was a " letter" in the back referring to " disposal of equipment at the end of the lease. The way they have done this is very shady. If it is legal? Guess that will be up to a judge. Just don't have alot of $$$ to fight them for long!

From reading other posts about this problem, I've heard that there is a place you should have had to initial. This paragraph is supposed to be on the reverse side of your lease. Some people don't even get a copy of this in the beginning. This is worse than fine print. It is hidden print!!

Did you initial or sign anything on that page? If not, you should have some standing.

Unfortunately, you don't have as deep of pockets as Tommel.

You are exactly right. There is a place for an initial on the so called back page of the lease. And of course that page was not included in my copy. I did not initial that page. I e-mailed the person you indicated was having the same problem, but no reply yet.
