Rep Power: 24 | I totally agree with you on that. also keep in mind that it helps to have a strong anchor to draw customers in. Where I'm looking at right now is great. a blockbusters video,grocery store,resturants,and a movie theatre. look for a high traffic area. we have a college 5 miles away and a high school right down the street. just my 2 cents worth. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Location Location Location You should check out and see what Blockbusters is doing. I know that they are resizing and making there places smaller or moving all together. In Maryland Blockbusters are already planing to resize, but on the good part Starbucks is taking over the spots Blockbusters is subleasing.
