Tanning Salon Punch Cards?!

So one of my customers gave (at least I think so) a great idea... Punch cards. She was thinking for lotions or upgrades. Like if you buy 6 samples or upgrades, you get one free! Does anyone do this? If so or not, what do you think about the idea?

We do the buy 3 get the 4th free on single tan purchases. If they lose the card, tough luck.

Cash back .25 on all packets and 1.00 on all bottles.

We do one - we give a punch for every $25.00 spent, then after 5 punches they get $10.00 off any purchase

Here is mine, they get a stamp each time they spend 20$ (regular price) and when they have 10, they get 25$ to spend !

I've been thinking to do it for a long time but always postponed it for too many reasons, lack of time to design it, lack of inspiration, etc...

One day i decided it was enough, i made them, sent them to print and WOW, customers really love it and each time i give this card to a customer they can't resist telling me how incredible we are taking care of our customers. i always humbly accept their compliments since we do work really hard to make them happy

in short : go ahead and do it the way you feel comfortable...
but remember :
the card must be of some value to your customer, easily managed and not time consuming for you and able to help you make sales.

I decided to go for the 20$ steps because it's a few buck higher than the price of a session+lotion, this way they choose the higher end packets to get their card stamped !
