If the cost to generate incremental sales exceeds the incremental growth, it is not worth doing. I would also recommend that salon owners conduct a breakeven analysis to determine whether fixed costs have been fully absorbed. If they have, incremental sales will tend to contribute more to the bottom line. That's my advice as we approach April Fools Day. !!@@!! |
