If you claim your business people who check in can claim offers. If these people's accounts are connected to Twitter, you can also follow them on Twitter. It shows that you're aware that they are a customer and are interested in what they have to say. I probably wouldn't focus a lot of time on Foursquare. Most people who use it have their accounts connected to Facebook or Twitter, mostly Twitter. I would invest time and energy in Facebook and Twitter. People can check into your Facebook locations as well! I hope this helps! |
