re-up fee for EFT?

I'm new at this! We have the 1 year EFT memberships here. If you have an initial enrollment fee, are you charging it again when it is time to re-up?

Re: re-up fee for EFT?

Mine just keeps going till they terminate it. All the year means is they have met the obligation to me and don't have to pay an early termination fee, that they only are required to give their 30 days

Re: re-up fee for EFT?

I haven't been charging a fee either, but I've had them sign another 1 year membership agreement. I'm just curious about how others do it. I even thought of having them pay a re-enrollment fee and then give them 5 free upgrades.

Re: re-up fee for EFT?

No fee on mine unless they cancel early.
Depends on your salon, your clients, and your contract. I havent had a HUGE issue with declines and the benefit of EFT out weighs the couple headaches. Its alot harder for me to sign them up with an enrollment fee
" how much to sign up?"
" jsut your first month, you only pay if you have to terminate early"

In my contract it reads the members is in full control of their contract and can cancel anytime (early termination fee may apply), it is an ongoing continuous agreement"

Re: re-up fee for EFT?

I have a $20 sign-up fee, 12-month committment. End early, $25 cancellation fee. Continue after 12 months- no fee to continue, and no cancellation fee when they do decide to cancel.
