Re: EFT We don't charge a fee, and we don't do a freeze, and we don't charge an overdraft fee as long as the client comes in and takes care of it in a few days. The point of an EFT it seems to me is to create super value for the client, and in return you retain them hopefully for a long time. Meaning steady cash flow! If you charge too many fees and nickle and dime add ons it is not as attractive to the client. We have 2 memberships for each of our 3 levels of tanning as we fefer to them. If you join on for 6 months it is one price and if you join on for 12 months it is an even lower price. For example: our level 1 membership for 6 months is $19.99 a month plus tax, and if you sign on for 12 months is drops to $14.99 a month plus tax. I know this sounds cheap, but I have never seen anyone stay on for a year that has been able to milk the package so much that I have not made good money off of them. Also at that price the customer does not mind paying each and every month even when not coming in, and at that low price I have very few NSF payments and very few people try to break their agreement. You would be surprised how many pay this monthly and then pay an upgrade fee to use a better bed since they come in so seldom.........:) May not work for everyone but works for us! |
