I am thinking about carrying Devoted Creations into my salon and I was wondering if any of you could give me some suggestions of which lotions I should carry at the following price points:

1. $20 - $35 Range
2. $40 - $60 Range
3. $70 - $85 Range

Thanks, I appreciate any insight and commentary about Devoted Creations that you could give me.

$20 - $35 Range <--- nothing really out in that price range, yet....
$40 - $60 Range <--- that sorta covers the entire line! lol :)

$42 - Praise and out number one seller of any bottle, Serenity
$52 - Glory

$70 - $85 Range

I love DC more than ANY product line I have tried, but it does have some I don't care for.

$42 - Praise - great smell, hypoallergenic. GREAT seller.
$42 - Seeking Serenity - Awesome scent, number on seller by far.
$52 - Glory - Another big hit.

The above are the top three sellers, none contain bronzers and after tan scent is little to none.

$46 Unity - gender neutral scent, guys like it. Cosmetic bronzers, no DHA. I used a couple bottles myself.
$56 Needing Nirvana - another neutral scent. DHA bronzers. After tan scent minimal, but it was enough to turn me off of this one. I gave my half-used bottle to another employee.
$50 Vision - smells like sugar cookies your mom packed for lunch. DHA bronzers. Not a huge seller, I think the scent drives some away. I try to describe it a s sweet clover scent - does not work! lol
$50 Tryst - If you like Cocoanut A LOT then this is for you. For most though, its too much. When people use it I swear there is a bottle of Hawaiian Tropic in use somewhere. Not a great seller.
$58 Trinity3 - only sold a few then stopped. Smells like *** and has way too much DHA. It is a VERY strong tingle though and as of right now, only one of two tingles they make.

All of the above is the main line, so to speak.

$109 Mon Ame - On par with Cypher from CT. Very neutral scent. No bronzers. I am just starting to use this one. So far its great, but I think I like Cypher better.
$119 With Love - Smells like a women's perfume. Not for the guys, but a good lotion with good bronzers.

The organic line is nice, packaging is overkill. They start at $38 retail and go up to $50. They are all good and often mirror the main line in scents and performance. Mantra was the only one I did not really sell (tingle, smells like *** also). Top sellers being Pure Mantra ($50) and Pure Sky ($39).

For 09 I see that an economy line is coming out. I cant say anything about it yet, but cant wait to try it out. If they perform anything like the above I will be dumping a couple lines to make room for them.

Why not sell it as selling like "sugar cookies"? I think that would sell better then "sweet clover"?!?!

Sugar cookies = food. Trust me, I tried. I sold more saying the clover thing! lol Some people just done want to smell like a food. Take Choc-o-late-love from Emerald Bay... ewwww....

I just ordered in 4 lotions from this line. Since product sales have been slow, I ordered a different line to see if I could shake up sales.

My rep told me the following were good sellers, so I ordered these:
Tryst
Trinity3
Devoted To Couture
Supreme Power

I hope to see them moooove.

Mojave Tan

Praise is our #1 seller. Hypo-allergenic and cherry/almond scent. Great price
Colors of Unity - Moving up to #1 - People love the color, does have shimmer. We sell at $60 and customers are fine with it. It is a Level 2
Vision - everyone loves
Seeking Serenity - great accelerator
Devoted to Coutoure - awesome if you have lots of allergies in your area.
Haute Coutoure - customers love the bottle and buy, buy, buy.

Green line - couldn't get rid of...
Golden Grace - awesome lotion, but no rebuys.

Trinit - HOT...Smells like Jalapeno peppers. If it had a better scent, would fly off the shelf.

**New mens lotion coming out. will be a great addition to the line.

Really no need to stock below $40. We can't sell lotions below that price. When I bought the salon 2 years ago, previous owners told me NOT to order over $35 because it wouldn't sell. Educate your customers and get employees using by trying free samples you receive. They sell what they love.

I just called Devoted Creations mentioning that I was a salon owner interested in their carrying their line and they are sending me samples of all of their lotions.

Devoted came out with an inexpensive line that will retails between $25-$28...was released at the show.
