Re: Moisturiser or lotion?
Your salon should have a collection of professional tanning lotions that will include helpful ingredients for the tanning process. (things like tyrosine)
I don't really use bronzers either. I just posted a new lotion I'm using in the 2009 MR International thread called natural radiance. It is aloe based and an organic product as well.

Re: Moisturiser or lotion?
Most "moisturizers" will not be suited for tanning and may in fact hurt the acrylic on the bed. ONLY use products designed for indoor use when tanning in a bed.
I have used and prefer the PURE line from Devoted Creations. Organic, Aloe Vera Gel based, NO water added like some "aloe" based lotions and there is no after-tan smell. Best part is they are not very expensive compared to some other organic lotions.
