How do you go about getting your on line of lotions, extenders, etc.?

Hi!
I have found a few companies that offer private labeling for their products but they are still more expensive than regular lotions. I want to go directly to the manufacturer and create my own logos/labels for products. I know I will have to buy in BULK and it will be more $$$ up front, but the price per bottle should be cheap! Anyone know of how I could go about doing this or any companies that offer this kind of service?
