Been using lotion for 6 months, not getting results i expect. ??? What do u rec?

I tan fairly easy, and i have been using Impact lotion on my body and face, and im not getting the results I would like. I also seem to get a better tan on my body than my face. The tan on my face is very dull, and almost to what i would consider to be, unhealthy looking. I use an ultra Stand up. What lotion would you guys reccomend for me?

Good gracious huge pic. But try something of a gel on your face it tans people faces faster than just lotion. I think someone on here can tell you a gel or another lotion that can work good for you as the gel I would suggest just came to the american market and is not in salons yet.

Besides tanning lotion, are you putting anything else on your face. Are you washing it right before you tan? Which for most is not actually a good idea.

Make sure you use a good face lotion every night before you go to bed, wash your face good, and apply the lotion again......then go tan.
No need for tanning lotion on the face.

no I don't usually wash before I tan. any suggestions on lotionor gel? what is a good before bed moisturizer?

I use Nutragena face products.

I do not apply any type of tanning product to my face, for one every time I have I break out.

I have better luck getting a tan - anywhere on my body or face - when I use exfoliating Body & Face Washes.

Nutragena makes a nice exfoliating face wash, Anti-Stress Acne Face Wash, it's a green color, gentle exfoliating, and leaves skin so soft and tingles with a cooling feel.

Are you putting ANYTHING else on your face? My concern was you may be using a product that might contain a sunscreen.

You should use a lotion on your face, but one specifically for it. I think its called Amazing (or is it Saving) Face from Designer Skin. Its pretty dang popular.

Do you know which Impact lotion you are currently using? I know in their seminar before they mentioned one was specifically for red heads that are hard to tan. One also has a lot of DHA in it. I wouldn't use it regardless of which one on my face though. Face lotions will last you a long time so spend a little extra and get something that is made specifically for tanning your face. Some suggestions would be MR Internation iFace, Tanology's Face Serum or Designer's Skin's Vanishing Act.
