Hello Everyone...
I opened doors about 3 weeks ago and i think we have been doing really great.I would relly like some input on what you all do to train your staff on lotions...
We have probably 40 types of lotions. When i was working at a tanning salon, 6 or 7 years ago, we as a salon would go to a lotion seminar put on by tan america...i loved going to those, and thats where i learned everything about our products..

I would like to put together a book or something with all of our lotions so the staff can look thru it and learn it all, has anyone done this?
any other ideas? I cant have 9 girls try out all 40 lotions...

We are carrying Cal tan, matahari, fiji, supre, and designer skin..

My son made an excel sheet with all the appopriate headings like dha bronzer, no bronzer, cosmetic bronzer, tingles, accelerators etc. It's not only a cheat cheat for staff but the customers use it as well.
