I think if your dealing direct with a manufacturer, you have to have a good rep. There are pain in the butts with any company you deal with. I use to carry Millennium, but it didn't sell all that well and the rep we had turned into an arrogant pig who insulted both me and my partner. I don't deal nor carry their product anymore. OC is a top seller in our salon and my rep from R-Sun is fantastic and we have had the same one for four years. He doesn't hound us at all! The disty we use for other lotions is right in our state and we have the order within two days which is especially nice. I like putting our money back into the state we live in, as well.
