i wish i recored my conversation with one of the employees who literally harrassed me like it was fun and games wasting my time... thats uncalled for... and why i dont not deal with them... like other reputable companies they should send out a smaple or 2 to the salons because if its good they will buy it... by trying to sell 50 bottles at $5 with 50 free bottles who are they kidding...

I think they topped it off when they made fools of themselves by putting thier conversation with Greg on thier website which it's still up there.
