I gotta agree! DS has always been our biggest line, but since ETS bought them out,they are starting to be too much like AG, so Im slowly phazing them out. The ONLY DS we are carrying is Believe, Secret Rapture, Worship Me and Smolder. I am selling ALOT more Fiesta Sun (since all the new tini's are great). The New Packaging for 2 Twisted and Liquid Hemp (formerly formula 420) are great too (and those lotions are my fav).

It smelled like a pine tree and I think Worship Me and Spellbound work better. The results were okay, but nothing to justify the cost difference. I guess I just expected to be wowed, but I wasn't.

I think CT7 and Crystal 10 give better results than Black does.

I agree that it isn't worth $99. At least not without something to go with it. That's why I put a free high pressure tan with the bottle of Black. I actually liked it better then Crystal 10 and CT7. Really though, i don't think there is ANY lotion out there that is worth $100. That's just crazy. Not that I won't sell it if I can, but honestly, I wouldn't buy one that expensive.

I think $99 is crazy too....but who says you have to sell for the suggested retail? I don't normally like to undercut other salons and sell lower but I also don't like $100 price tags on lotion so I sell for a bit less. One big selling point to be sure of (besides the awesome part of how it tans and key ingredients) is that it is 13.5 oz. which is about 1 1/2 times the size of most other bottles which helps justify the cost.

out of all the DS tested here our employee favorite is 14K so far...they did try black but nobody seemed thrilled about it

I don't know why anyone is saying that AG messed with DS, considering all the products were done and made long before AG bought them out. The only thing that changed after AG bought them was that Sheer Wisdome, Believe, Goddess and Drama Queen were brought back out (DS had discontinued them) and that the MRSP of Melt and Majesty were changed. That is all - AG had nothing to do with the DS line up this year other than that DS was trying to reach a higher price point to compete with Crystals and CT7

By the way, I have used Black and it is my second favorite after the Cypher Family by CT

Got our first shipment of the new DS lotions on Monday...already sold 2 bottles of BLACK...our customers are loving the fresh scent (no ATO) and the silky feeling it leaves on your skin. I should point out that BLACK is priced at $104 because we are in Canada, and our customers didn't think twice about buying it, they loved the results!
