Yes, Jenny was my rep. She was great. She only told us what Ray and Tony told her to tell us. She really believed in it. But......when they couldn't back up the stories she had passed on to us about national advertising and exposure on talk show tv...............she dissapeared. Oh, there were other isues too that were just too much to believe about a suposedly reputable company and one of their best reps in the midwest. I still talk to her every once in a while. I had people coming in from Chicago, Detroit and all over. We loved Jenny and they crapped on her. Nice guys to do business with. Mabe they will come on here and defend themselves. I may be wrong about everything.

Isnt Tanology owned by RAI... same as Lumiere??? I wouldnt buy from RAI until they did SOMETHING... even an apology would be better than being *ucked dry.

Reading the posts.... RAI's behavior sounds like the worst ever.
I'm glad it is'nt as bad as it sounds... there are worse things.....

RAI is Tanology and Lumiere.... Great Lotion ... terrible ethics regarding Lumiere.
If the lotion continues to be purchased in fact you support RAI which has Lumiere.
So things with RAI must not be all bad if the is continued support with Tanology purchases.
I look at RAI as a whole.... So things must not be so bad...

I haven't purchased any Tanology lotion for over a year and will not purchase any RAI products in the future.
