they did buy one bottle and got the code!
and then they called the seller who told them the whole story about buying it from the salvage company and then they put it together with the insurance company that called them to see if they wanted to buy their lotion back... something like that, it's been a week or so.

Well it has been a couple weeks and i think i am finally getting somewhere with EBAY. I actually talked to a live person and he forwarded me to the legal dept. It seems we have a clear case of trademark infringment because sabbytans is advertising these tanology products as "new" and "unused" which we all know is false because the only reason she got them was from a salvage retailer. The danger with these products is they sat in "black water" SEwage for over a week. if you know of nayone who purchased any of these tainted products please tell them to toss them in the trash or try to get there money back as there is a serious danger of contamination from raw sewage......YUCK!!

I am guessing if someone really wanted to put this stuff on ebay - couldnt u just cut off the tracking codes from the labels or upc??

I do not think there is enough demand for Tanology yet - maybe thats why there are no bids for the lotion.

No it's because only the mentally incapable shop for lotion on eBay and the mentally incapable have no idea what's good and what's not. They just buy the big purty bottles and they can stroke them, and hug em, and call em George.

The tracking numbers are printed on the bottle itself. No way to cut it out without destroying the bottle.

How many are there out there? I would just buy them back, toss them and save face with no diversion tollerance. If nothing else, keep someone from getting ecoli from a lotion that has been sitting in raw sewage! Now that is just nasty!
If it were my name on the line, I would eat it and buy them all on a credit card and then do a charge back and say they were damaged ot tampered and not what you expected.
