With Tanology they don't go through distributors. If they ever did, I would bet it would end up on the net. Also, they code each bottle to the specific salon they ship it to. If they find it on the internet, you're busted!

problem is clients dont care what lotion YOU sell they are still going to go online and buy DS because its everywhere. What u will see less of is a client saying they found your product on line for less than half......going exclusive tanology would enable you to say the stuff online is junk blah blah blah....my stuff is salon only quality and you wont find it anywhere else.
