Todd, why did they decide to go with no packets on this line?
In my mind this was a HUGE mistake. I will never carry a line that does not have packets. Putting lotion in cups is unprofessional for a high end salon. I will never go there. Is the lack of packets because they are rushing the line to the market? Or will there never be packets of this line? We love the Tanology line BUT cannot go with the Spa line because of this. What were they thinking? |

UV Man I have a high end salon and I'm surprised how many clients don't mind using cups at our salon.

There is nothing wrong with using cups, but some people do have their preference. We prefer using the pkts, but we have used the cups in the past. The customers don't say a word when we do use them, I dont' think it doesn't make you any less of a salon by using them. I do agree it might be annoying possibly, but thats no reason to not carry the products.

Off the topic but we use cups in the summer because that way we're not spending money on packets sitting on the shelves. I have seen Tanology in some of the magazine but I haven't tried it. What is it like? Or is it like no other?

I am disappointed with the no packets issue also, but I don't think it's going to be the reason I don't carry it.
I picked up the new value line from Designer Skin because this Tanology value line took so long to come out.....

I'm carrying the Fiji value line, thinking about switching to the Spa Line when it's sold out. Or maybe go with the Xenon for the customers who do want a lotion with DHA... |
