Re: Ok Help me out, please
well i work for a cal tan only salon and here is how i use the two steps in tanning. so basics you need to build a tan there are nutrients that help your body develop melanasomes (melanin) and then your body uses oxygen to bronze it. so the CT 7 line has a smart techology that distributes the nutrients where your body needs it. its a great lotion, i personally like the x-speed (step 1) and x-power(step 2) line because i use both steps. its best to alternate beds if possible. everytime you tan your body produces melanin to protect you, so if you go in the same bed for the same time every time your body will only produce that level of melanin because it knows to expect it every time, whereas if you move to a stronger bed or longer time it grows, and the best way is to cycle especially if they have an all uva bed, uva is what gives you the bronze color so those beds really bronze you. so i use my step one in the lower beds and the upgrade higher beds and all uva beds i use the step 2. i know a lot of info sorry lol. but the x-line also comes in a bronzing version and has a moisturizer and x-appeal for your face, your best bet if you want bronzer is to do it with the step 2 cal tans,i say if they dont have the x-line then ct7 is great but it is expensive it will cost you the 200 if you do the set. and i wouldnt get the ct7 bronzer it doesnt go on very even, and the bronzers just help to give you instant color. the x spped and power bronzers dont have as much moisturizer and antioxidants, and the color develops in 2 to 3 hours.
x-speed step 1 x-power step2 ( bronzer if you want) x- appeal face x-endurance moisturizer and you can get an exfoliating scrub from cvs or from a skin care line. your skin naturally exfoliates every 3-5 days, i would lightly exfoliate daily unless you are using a bronzing lotion or even a lotion like the jergens tan one b/c it will take off the light selftan layer i would exfoliate every 3 days then. i know my answer was super long but hopefully it helped you. |
