Is this normal?

I seem to sell A TON more samples than bottles. I mean, I can't even keep the samples stocked up. I'll order 20 at a time. The bottles still sell, but I have so many people that would rather pay $5-$8 everyother time they come in than just pay $45-$65 for the entire bottle. Is this just the way it is????

It is with us also. But I don't really mind, because in the end they've spent relatively more. One of the reason we switched from packettes to cups.

I try explaining to them that they are getting more for their money if they go ahead and buy the bottle, but it doesn't seem to be working. Is there something else I can do. Pray?!?!?

It just seems better when you get that big amount up front. I know that its better in the end with the samples, but I like seeing the big $$ come in!

LOL I understand that completely! I think in our case there are some people who will always buy the cups for the small amount they can spend at once and there will be people who want a bottle, because that's easier. I try to spot the latter and convince them.

I'd personally rather the additional income daily instead of once.
