For the clients that always buy packettes, do they always buy the same one, or do they switch it up? If they switch it up, maybe they just like the variety...

doesn't matter that they would have to buy (DS for instance) 19.3 packettes to equal a bottle and if you sell a packette for 6.00 - then they spent 115.80 for a 60 bottle of lotion - almost twice the cost to them and twice the profit to you - so sit back and keep prayin' that the peeps don't learn math...

rgm...you make a very valid point...i guess I'll continue to be glad for the packet buyers!

when you have someone new get a package or just new to the salon maybe offer a gitcard. our salon has a $10 gift card on purchases over $30 for new membership packages. it helps boost our bottle sales, any promotion will probably help, like a deal on a face and body lotion together, or lotion and moisturizer. ive seen a free session offered with a lotion bottle purchase too.
