I am thinking of bringing in the tanology line, I have never heard anything bad about it and I would be the only salon in the area carrying it. Does anyone know if they have a huge min order? I dont want to spend too much before we figure out what the most popular ones are. For those of you that have it, any tips on what sells it the best? I know the fact that it works, but I am hoping for some key phrases or terms that people can understand or identify with.

I had their little flyer out prior to getting my first order in to get people wanting it. They have their regular prices and then a discount with $1000 order and then a bigger discount with a $2500. I ordered about $1200 and withing one week it paid itself off. I had to reorder after 2 weeks. I did another $1000 order plus 24 Trios. I had a intro special of 20% off and if they bought the Serum 21 and 4F I gave them an additional 5%. Make sure to get at least 24 packettes of #4. I'm almost out again. I ordered 12 the first time and then another 24 and have to reorder. #2 is popular in the packettes as well. Now I have enough bottles to last me through the summer. I laughed when I saw the weight of my order on the UPS tracking email. The last order was 5 boxes weighing 114lbs!

No 1, 2 and 4 are my best sellers . My opening line is that it's an aloe based lotion and that there are only 6 acceloraters that can be put in any lotion and the tanology line has all 6 in all of their lotions (Melomax 6). You should get a download for your computer that is full of info on tanning and the lotions.

I price them as they're suppose to be. The 20% intro ended at the end of April so they're at regular prices.

They really are the best out there that don't cost a fortune for both the salons and clients. I only carry them and DS Miracle Collection (select ones)

ok i may be the only one.. but i don't like this line. It smells and has really bad packaging in my opinion.... i will agree that serum 21 is awesome, but again it smells and it turns customers off from wanting to buy it... they are reasonably priced but i don't see many results. We have tried many lines and this has not been a favorite of the customer... i realize all salons are different but i recommend trying them out first and seeing what you think. If you love it you will be able to sell it to your clients... if you weren't happy with it, like we weren't, you wont want to sell it...

I haven't had anybody not like the scent. Except for #5 because it's minty and I'm not a fan of #1 (cucumbery) but the rest are yummy. Serum 21 smells like Apple Jacks in the bottle and then smells like marshmallows after it's on. How can people no like the smell of #4?

#5 does smell funny when you use it, but it doesn't smell like that afterwards and there is NO ATO :)
