ok so maybe rai sent us really old bottles because our smell like ***... they have no particular smell, just gross. I wish i could smell yours to see the difference. If they smelled better i would like them a lot more. serum 21 smells like baked sick brownie... maybe they sent us a bad batch? i dunno... but people dont' want that on their body... i'll look into it

Ours smell yummy! Maybe it was a bad batch indeed?? #2, #4, #5 are our best sellers. We can't keep #4 & #5 packets in stock most times. Bottles sell great too.

I just ran out of #4 samples. I order 24 not long ago and still had some when the order came. All gone. Honestly, I think Tanology saved my april quota.

well i'm convienced then that the lotions we have must be old/bad... because they stink so much... no other salons in this area carry the lotion so i can't go check it out...

Get them to send you some more samples. Tell them you've talked to all of us and need to retry.

I think I'm going to do a FTW and will order a bunch more Trios for some sort of special.
