Called to receive a Lotion Kit of their products for $19.99. Always interested in products that put more $$ in my pocket and avoid the diversion issue.

For those of you who sell these products, what do you retail them for?

just cause you dont sell a diverted brand of lotion dosent mean your clients wont go to ebay and buy 1.

PL is only going to stop you from supporting companies that ignore diversion....you will still have clients walking in with 32oz pump bottles and such.

its even possible you could make ebay purchasing worse within your client base. some of your non-ebayers might now look for that DS product elsewhere cause u no longer sell it.

my 2 cents.

Maybe not, however, the majority of clients buy what you sell them.
The manufactureres will only change how they do business when it starts to effect a decline in their bottom lines. PL gives the salon owner an opportunity to Brand product with their own name and accomplish both while offering a new alternative to the same ole stuff.

I have a couple of customers who buy DS off ebay, but they only buy the lotions that I carry and never venture out. IMO they look at the lotions you carry and think they are the best, but try to find them cheaper. If you don't carry them, I don't think they would go looking for it.
